Prop A - Minimum Wage and Paid Sick and Domestic Violence Leave was passed by voters 11/5/24. The Proposition contained more than one subject, violating the Missouri Constitution. AIM worked with other business advocacy organizations to launch a legal challenge against this dangerous law change that leaves employers vulnerable to lawsuits. The Court ruled against us. The fight continues in the Legislative Session.
Associated Industries of Missouri presented a webinar featuring employment law attorney Ruth Binger, Danna McKitrick, P.C., to answer your questions about implementing the law - your responsibilities and expectations. If you would like to purchase the recording of this webinar, please send an email to Candice Allen, callen@aimo.com. The recorded video will cost the same as the webinar: $99
